Apartheid
Displaced people displaced my people
So now they fight in the streets
A resistance up against a recognized government
There are so many voices begging for someone to listen
But you allow for their cries to fall upon deaf ears
My eyes widen at the growing number of deceased
Disappointment slithers its way from my stomach to my throat
Anger at the other parts of my inheritance begins to bubble
Displaced people displaced my people
Yet they have the support of the world
