To right the wrongs of many others

Who do not hesitate to show

How little they truly care

A devoted teacher is all it takes

To change the minds of wayward students

Who would otherwise fall through the cracks

Though now, they get the chance

To reach their full potential

A teacher who is invested and realizes the importance

One who sits down to listen
